As a POC I don't think it's just white men. Its everyone. People are exposed to way more violence now due to the internet and 24/7 instant news where displays of violence drive ratings and clicks. People see the stuff all the time now and think its ok to deal with things in this manner. You cant even walk in McDonalds without thinking someone will pull a glock or drag a bitch if they don't get their way.

I think black people are now at the forefront of what really is a long term class war. Those protests last summer made it clear. Other oppressed people have now joined in this movement because people simply have had enough of being marginalized by the upper class, which in America has historically been mostly made up of white men. Women are also at the end of their rope being marginalized and taken advantage of by men.

I don’t think neighborhood crime is down to race, but to economic disadvantage. All things equal I don’t think crime would be much different in a poor white neighborhood than a poor black one. It’s just that there are a whole lot more poor black neighborhoods in the cities like Chicago than white ones.

It’s beginning to dawn on us citizens that we’ve been deceived. Free market capitalism has served only to put us in nothing but debt. And whites voting for Republicans has only contributed to the astounding gap between the haves and have-nots. I mean really, the bulk of Republican policy over the past 40 years has effectively guaranteed that the donor class and large, too big to fail conglomerates will forever keep themselves in power.
