She is living her best life!!!
Madonna just bought The Weekend’s Hidden Hills mansion for $19.3 million

Seems like a rather dull place for her to be. Maybe it’s her sunset years, retirement home. She can raise goats and grow tomatoes.

Who is the pretty blond lady in the photo? The Weeknd's GF?

R1 It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful area.
Most people in their 60s aren’t out partying....

Why did he buy it and sell it so quickly? Is that normal among rich people?
by Anonymous | reply 8 | April 12, 2021 11:38 PM |
He made a small profit. So it was worth it.
I think he found something else instead so he sold this one.

She was probably sold on the horse barn. She can ride her horses all around Hidden Hills, Calabasas,Topanga, Malibu.

Will she retain a presence/residence in NYC?
I always found her recent years in Manhattan and the Hamptons odd. She has a long off-on history in the city, but she never seemed to really "fit" here, particularly after her move back from Portugal. Even before quarantine, she rarely made the cultural/arts scene and seemed more like a rich, eccentric hermit. Who are her NYC friends (besides her paid staffers)?
Maybe making a fresh start will be good for her. Maybe it's all about launching her biopic, and a film career. Or TV.

Where did she get the money? She’s broke

R12 that is just stupid.

She’s not broke at all. And I’m happy she’s going back West. Would suit modern Madonna more.

I didn't realize Madonna had moved back from Portugal. I'm surprised she didn't return to NYC.

[quote] The mononymous “Like a Virgin” singer, now 62, social media savvy and still pushing sociocultural buttons,
Is this Daily Failesque sarcasm, or are they really that clueless?

Did she qualify for the Fannie Mae?
by Anonymous | reply 22 | June 12, 2021 6:56 AM |
Oh my god, all those stairs! Her knees and hips won't last a week.

I understand I'll never own a house in that price range, but am I really the only one who thinks the exterior is ugly? It looks like some kind of pastiche with 3-4 smaller houses cobbled together. Much like Madonna herself, the property lacks organic cohesion.
