Now that we know Gaetz showed naked pics of his conquests on the floor of Congress and that the.NY Times has his receipts for his young things, Gaetz will resign within a month and run away with Nestor to Guatemala.
Let’s predict what’s next for Matt Gaetz
by Anonymous | reply 60 | April 7, 2021 4:59 PM |
Fuck no. No running away with his boy-son-lover, Nestor. Prosecution, conviction, and prison time for this trump-licking prick.

WTF!! "In June 2020, following an argument with then-Representative Cedric Richmond, Gaetz said he had been living with a 19-year-old immigrant from Cuba, Nestor Galbán, since Galbán was 12, and considered Nestor his son. He later clarified that Galbán is the brother of an ex-girlfriend of Gaetz's and that Galbán spends time with his sister, with Gaetz's family, and with Gaetz. The two are not related genetically or legally. Gaetz said, "Our relationship as a family is defined by our love for each other, not by any paperwork." In 2016, he called Galbán a "local student"; in 2017, he called Galbán "my helper".

Someone will suicide him; he’s already threatened Tucker on the air.
I know you don’t care for Heath Ledger in his role as The Joker in “The Dark Knight”, but this whole clown show reminds me of the bank robbery where psychopaths kill one another after performing their tasks.
This is the part where TFG’s minions off one another.

Ew... at least Cockgobbler is kind of cute and buff. Gaetz is so ugly I don’t want him at all.

Can’t we trade him back to the straights?

Gaetz is in the Ted Cruz & Gohmert class when it comes to looks.
Nothing is sexually appealing about him even with the money he uses to lure young, vulnerable pre-adults.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | April 3, 2021 4:40 PM |
I don't like the fact that the media keeps making Gaetz's arrest seem imminent. First of all, it's not, so the more that it's said, the more it discredits the press reports and allows Republicans to claim that the allegations are lies, dampening calls for his resignation.
Then you have the fact that advertising this gives Gaetz the chance to use his position of power in congress to shut down the investigation and stop any sort of prosecution from happening.
If that doesn't work, then he can simply flee the country and go someplace without an extradition treaty, claiming he's being "targeted" for his political beliefs and his support of Trump. Biden can't get him back and all Gaetz has to do is wait it out until either Trump or another Republican is back in the White House to pardon him, since he's facing federal crimes, not state ones, and he'll be free to come home to run for another office.
If we want Gaetz to face justice, then there should be more discretion and quiet on behalf of the FBI until they are ready to issue an arrest warrant and put him in handcuffs. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose of holding him accountable since he'll get off scot free and his victims will have spoken to the grand jury for nothing.

R10 is Matt Gaetz.
“advertising this gives Gaetz the chance to use his position of power in congress to shut down the investigation and stop any sort of prosecution from happening”.
How does Gaetz use his power in the Legislative branch to shut down an investigation conducted by the Department of Justice R10?
by Anonymous | reply 11 | April 3, 2021 5:33 PM |
He hired prostitutes, likely some underage.
This will be fun to watch. No way anyone is getting out of that

R11 He's part of the judiciary committee. He oversees the Department of Justice. It's a blatant conflict of interest to be in a position of power over the budget and legislation pertaining to the department when you are being investigated by those same agencies. Matt can easily work with the House Minority leader to put undue pressure to get the investigation dropped. Since Pelosi did not immediately expel the Q lawmakers who tried to overturn the last election (which she should have), it immediately set a bad precedent that the GOP will exploit.
Notice that not a single Republican lawmaker has called for Matt to resign. If there was truly a push behind the scenes to see him out the door, then there'd be more out there than just a few anonymous stories saying how much Republicans hate him and revel in his downfall. The media said the same thing about Trump and yet every major Republican, including Mitch McConnell, has said that they will support him if he runs again in four years time.
Unless and until there is an actual arrest, I'm not convinced that he's actually going to face any real form of accountability. Tipping him off to what the FBI is looking into in regards to his actions in the press just makes the goal of getting justice that much harder to achieve.
And no, dipshit, I am not Matt Gaetz.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | April 3, 2021 8:38 PM |
Sorry R10 a.k.a. R19, you’re the dip shit. The U.S. Attorney General oversees the Department of Justice, NOT Matt Fucking Gaetz. Congress (legislative), and the DOJ (executive), are separate and equal branches of government. Please do us a favor and brush up on civics, before you spew your uninformed horse shit.

by Anonymous | reply 24 | April 3, 2021 11:26 PM |
Sorry R10 a.k.a R19. Catch up on your reading, and YOU give it the fuck up already. Matt Gatez does NOT have the power to obstruct or derail an investigation conducted by DOJ AG, Merrick Garland.
Just because YOU THINK and state that Gaetz has the power to squash an investigation doesn’t mean it’s factual. The DOJ Feds are going to pursue this slimy motherfucker until they are satisfied with proving his innocence or guilt.

Matty calls out CNN, NYT, Politico, the establishment, the FBI, the Biden Justice Department, the Cheney political dynasty, the Justice Department under Trump, the D.C. swamp, Meghan McCain, Bill Kristol and "sadly, some of my feckless colleagues in Congress" in a Washington Examiner screed decrying what he says are "false charges" levied against him.
"Let me first remind everyone that I am a representative in Congress, not a monk, and certainly not a criminal," he writes, tacitly acknowledging that he thinks "Republican family values" are a joke (though he'll be happy to take campaign contributions from rubes and dupes who still think Republican politicians hold a monopoly on morality).
"You’ll see more “drip, drip, drip” of leaks into the media from the corrupt Justice Department and others," Matt continues. "When you do, ask yourself why. They aren’t coming for me — they are coming for you. I’m just in the way."
Matty's a victim, you see -- but he's also a hero, because he's taking the shots that his Republican constituents would otherwise be subject to.
Oh, and something something Hunter Biden and Andrew Cuomo, just to hit all the right-wing triggers.

While serving in the Florida Legislature, U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz opposed a bill meant to stop people from sharing sexually explicit images of their ex-lovers because Gaetz believed that recipients of those images had a right to share them, according to the sponsor of the legislation.
Former state Rep. Tom Goodson, a Republican from Brevard County, spent three years sponsoring legislation to outlaw nonconsensual pornography — sometimes called “revenge porn.”
“Matt was absolutely against it. He thought the picture was his to do with what he wanted,” Goodson said. “He thought that any picture was his to use as he wanted to, as an expression of his rights.”

Trump, Carlson, Fox, etc. are doing the "we don't know her" thing, which makes one believe there's more to come & it's bad. If you're a GOP congressmen, there is no upside in weighing in on this - one assumes that the law will/will not act & all you have to do is act surprised & pretend you barely knew the guy. While there has been no interest yet, this story has increased in intensity over the past week, so who knows what will happen in the coming weeks.
I personally hope, given the desperate, grasping cunt that he is, that he flips on his co-conspirators to save his own ass & he takes others down with him.
