I had a “big disgusting stomach” as near as 3-4 months ago. I can tel you what worked for me, and I am admittedly lazy! No rice, potatoes, pasta, bread or beer. I’m 51 and only walk 3-4 times a week for about 3 miles each time. I took that 20 pounds right off my belly and I feel so much better!
