I wholeheartedly agree with him. I'm a good looking guy in pretty great shape who likes to show it off on Instagram, but I don't have abs. I love to eat things like pasta and pizza and cake. I limit that sort of stuff to the weekends, but unless you're genetically predisposed to having abs, it takes a lot of careful dieting to get and maintain them. Completely not worth it IMO. Guys love my body.

He looks to me like he has a natural fitness and good shape, but doesn't use that as a springboard for the typical gym-rat body. I would call him fit-fat. He can pull it off because his natural proportions are good, and he's good-looking (imo).
