Recording it off TCM several days ago just last night I watched Death in Venice for the first time. Utterly tedious movie with a fine classical soundtrack.
As for the boy, beauty is is the eye of the beholder. All I saw was a testosterone deprived expressionless teen boy directed to play ever scene as if he was half asleep. Beauty isn't a word I'd use.
