Why are some weeks unwatchably bad and some better? I have watched up to the point of Weekend Update and everything so far has been at least amusing enough to watch. Last week I had to turn it off because every single skit seemed lifeless and terrible.

The murder show sketch was funny, but the funniest thing of the entire season was the very end when Nick re-appeared to sing about watching cult shows and they took down that troll Keith Raniere trying to play volleyball. For anyone who watched The Vow, that was fantastic.
