If he isn't telling you everyday that he loves you and appreciates you and doesn't fuck you at least every 2 days, it is perfectly okay for you to cheat and you shouldn't feel bad for doing it.

The saddest part is that a very large number of narcissistic people actually believe this.
It would simply NEVER occur to them to speak to their partner about their sex life and end the relationship if a compromise cannot be reached BEFORE cheating.
Whether you believe in monogamy or not is almost an ancillary point. The issue is whether you've made an agreement with someone to proceed in the relationship by a set of mutually agreed ground rules. If one of those rules is no cheating, then you're simply a selfish scumbag who lacks any self control, someone whose moral compass points toward themselves - it's moral if I want to do it.
