Impeachment won’t keep Trump from running again. Here’s a better way.

All it takes is a simple majority vote in both houses

I’m honestly not worried about him being elected again. Fine by me if he runs and sucks up all the oxygen from the other Republican candidates.

There is no way we should set a precedent where a president incites a riot and does not face charges.

After impeachment if the Senate convicts him (2/3 votes) then they canvote on banning him from running for public office (simple majority).

Congress can still do this. It would be easy to get a majority. If they are worried about a majority in the Senate, just wait until after the president Erika inauguration when Kamala is VP
