Everyone always talks negative, what did they accomplish?
What Were The Successes of the Obama Administration

How about saving America from sliding into a second Great Depression, r2?
There is also trying to do at least something about the health insurance situation in America.
After that, we had Episode 2: The Racists Strike Back, and outraged middle American white people supported something calmed a Tea Party to defend America against Obama’s well-known SOCIALISM. The republican majority reflexively opposed everything he tried to do from that point on.

ACA. Without affordable healthcare for all, America will never be truly great. Obama knew that and did something about it.

ACA was a giveaway to insurance companies. He didn't even try for universal healthcare, didn't table it. Try another one r9. He wasn't all bad.

As someone who served in the military under Don't Ask, Don't Tell, I think Obama doesn't get enough credit for making it possible for gays and lesbians to serve openly. John McCain remained vehemently against overturning the policy, which would've remained in effect had he won in 2008.

And where would the votes come from?
The ACA barely passed.

Why are these types of threads still being made in 2020? Especially after we literally watched Trump and the GOP for years reverse and sabotage many good Obama Administration policies.

Keep in mind Obama did all of this in the first two years until the dems lost the house and senate. If the only thing we talk about is his saving the economy then that would be enough. Not only did he save it, but he also handed Trump a robust thriving economy and job market that, while Obama was in office, republicans said was fake. His numbers were fake, his job growth was fake, only to suddenly be real when Trump took office.

He was a pussy. Nice guy though but not a leader who led.

I knew immediately this was a troll thread.

Tranquil nothingness.

Aside from saving the worldwide economy, creating the longest economic expansion in history, passing the first substantive healthcare reform in a generation resulting in 20 million people getting health insurance for the first time, saving General Motors, killing Osama bin Laden, preventing pandemics when H1N1, swine flu, and even Ebola encroached our shores, negotiating the Paris climate accords bringing China to the environmental table for the first time ever, negotiating the Iran nuclear deal that stopped their progress towards nuclearization (and which they want back into ASAP under Biden), and... well, I could go on and on.
Suffice it to say he wore a tan suit.

“No drama, Obama”. His “ratings” were low, by design. Trump got higher ‘ratings” because he is a buffoon who cares about such things. I want another President who does not create drama for attention.
