The person thinks they're sexy (moving and lip synching to an Ariana Grande song) and they think other people think they're sexy or cool. Is this an example of having no self awareness?

This person is very mentally ill.
Back in the day, they’d only be known to their neighbors and townfolk. Now, with this kind of thing normalized and encouraged by social media, it thinks it’s a star.
I suppose if it’s not harming anyone, it’s fine. But it does seem to be using government assistance.
