That’s actually a terrible ad. The music doesn’t fit (and is played out — decades ago). Should have used some non vocal cacophonous music/sounds.

What a horrible horrible commercial. There is nothing good about it. Could they not come up with something creative? It’s just tired. Extremely tired. Why couldn’t they have made AH look chic or something? That was embarrassing.

I love her. I’m glad one of the designers is finally using someone other than a pop singer or twenty year old “model” who is just the kid of some celebrity.

Ryan Murphy put her on his list of people he wants to work with. He now is trying to desperately get Michelle Pfeiffer to work with him. He was at a party with Anjelica and Joan Collins. Somehow Joan got a role in AHS.

Her nephew Jack has been cast in the "Gucci" film starring Lady Gaga.

I threw on a caftan with a black and gold geometric design, splashed on some loud Polo from the 80s, cranked Mazzy Star on the CD player, shoved a vase full of lilies off a table which scared my cat and called it a day.

If they had that like this in the commercial, consider buying something from Gucci.

Kudos to Gucci for hiring a 69 year-old to do anything, much less be featured in an ad campaign. From what I read in Anjelica's two books, she's always been a bit picky about projects. She absolutely did not want to do 'Smash', but Sue Mengers--of all people--told her to do it because she was lucky to get any work at all at her age. (Anjelica also had major bills piling up after her husband died.)

I’m glad they used Anjelica but the commercial is horrendous.
