Touch screen with generated paper receipt, which is then scanned by the machine after you verify it's correct. Neat system with paper trail. Courthouse is just 4 blocks away. If you were to get an absentee ballot, and then hand carry it to the election commission offices wouldn't that insure it is accurately counted? I voted a straight democratic ballot. Biden/Ossof and all the other dems running. On the races where only a republican was on the ballot I left it blank.

I voted by mail in a Massachusetts. The state has a website where I verified that the ballot has been received and “accepted”, which I guess means that it wasn’t rejected due to some technicality.
