Justice Kavanaugh was not on Trump's original list of potential SCOTUS nominees but magically appeared on a revised list a few months before Justice Kennedy retired. Kennedy wanted to essentially pick his own replacement.

These SCOTUS appointments will never be undone. Let's move on if we're lucky enough to be rid of the fascist kleptocrats in power.
