His “stand-by” comment was an act of Sedition and he should be prosecuted accordingly.
Sedition is a serious felony punishable by fines and up to 20 years in prison and it refers to the act of inciting revolt or violence against a lawful authority with the goal of destroying or overthrowing it.

Being a Republican in and of itself is sedition. Under Joe Biden's administration, all political parties other than the Democrats need to be made illegal. I don't care if you need to amend the constitution to do it.
