I saw a letter in the NY Times today about her statement Kingdom of God. Rather than mocking it on religious grounds the writer asked whether the current administration's actions bring us closer to the Kingdom of God. Either way it is entirely creepy statement.

What other profession permits octogenarians suffering from terminal cancer (the same that killed her mother) to keep plugging along as if nothing bad would happen at an inopportune moment? Her hunger for power, prestige, and fame was no different than Amy Coney Barrett's. Nobody reaches the top of an industry--whether law, business, academia, or commercial estate--without being selfish.

I saw on TV this morning that conservatives are already selling T-shirts with her picture on them with the caption "Notorious ACB." That is just disgusting in my opinion and yet so typical of the right wing today.
