This cult, formed after Vatican II, requires women to be submissive to their husbands and share all important ideas thoughts and considered actions with them. And these women are supposed to abide by the husband's decision. She's been on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and I have to wonder if she talks to her husband about these cases. Has he told her how to decide? She is supposed to be operating as an independent judge.

Unlike Brett Kavanaugh who lied about respecting precedent, she has made it clear she doesn't. So prior settled law expanded in a series of cases could be thrown out because she thinks the law violates the framer's intent. Based on whatever she thinks constitutes "natural" law at any point in time. The country, from businesses to women to minorities and, essentially everyone, relies on precedent in planning and living their lives. The reason for swift criminal trials and, in general, an appeals process that comes to an end is that it is better for matters to be settled rather than to hang on forever. (yes, some things have been exceptions and that's the point.) To do less creates a political football where laws and standards can flip-flop overnight on, essentially, whim.

Finally, she comes with a political agenda. That's why she was nominated. People like this should not be confirmed for SCOTUS, which, with lifetime appointments, should not be a political body.
