you have no idea how hard it is for Amish women. I used to visit one when she was in her 30's . She told us that she was so tired. She had 8-10 kids. She was up before dawn and didn't go to bed until after dark. The men go to work in the morning, sometimes come home for lunch and then home at dinnertime and they are finished for the day. I have often wondered about her and wondered if she made it. (This was almost 40 years ago)

Did anybody do anything at all to help her? Didn’t see anything that said they did. She has to live in that house with those four rapists until she gets married. Or Rumspringa, which is years away and she’ll have six kids by then.
