I always think of Philosophy majors as being really smart and dedicated but I know that stems from the RA of my freshman year. He just seemed so bright and to have the whole college thing under control. He was a philosophy major.
What do you consider the hardest major in college? Easiest?

Philosophy and Psychology were easy A's. Only had to study for 30 mins for an exam I used them as electives to raise my GPA.
I hear Mechanical Engineering was the hardest, but I would think a lot of the engineering classes are or pre-med stuff, like organic chemistry. Organic chemistry is used to weed out the riff-raff.

The real question is “Which program or major it’s harder to date outside of?”

Easiest for people who aren't shy, afraid to speak in public, and working in groups: Communications. I've talked to introverts, though, who swear up and down they could never have chosen that major because of the aforementioned.
