It has been 51 years since the Tate-LaBianca murders, which occurred on August 8th and 9th, 1969. Thought I would start a thread and reminisce a bit about how wild this actually was and the million conspiracy theories. Was Helter Skelter even real, or did Vincent Bugliosi just fabricate the story (or maybe there's bits and pieces that are true but not the entire thing) to have a case? Was Charles Manson an MK Ultra experiment?

Bugliosi wasn't the first one to describe Manson's plan for a "race war with dune buggies."
Bugliosi didn't write "Healter (sic) Skelter" on the LaBianca refrigerator.
Charlie was no MK Ultra puppet (no successful Show-Biz profit there. But the Disney kids like Britney, Xtina, SelenaG.,...? Another story.)
Sure, maybe Vince's "Unifying Theory" wasn't really all that important to the little sociopathic career criminal Charles Manson. But Manson was able to use it to convince his band of murderous outcasts that their brutalities were for a higher cause: a White Supremacy culture, complete with "Blackie" enslaved again, with Charlie as leader.

The Manson family were taking a special kind of "new" LSD called orange sunshine, that at the time mostly people in the CIA used and it was around the time MK Ultra was still going on, giving people LSD unknowingly and using them as lab rats without them actually knowing etc. It's very interesting to go down that rabbit hole.

They were clean and sober on the nights of the murders.
