Life On The Color line: the autobiography of Gregory H. Williams

Has anyone read this book? It's written by a black law professor, who grew up passing for white until his father's mixed heritage was discovered and he lost his business. From then on, he lived with his black family in segregated Cincinnati. I believe his story was featured on Oprah.

If this were you, would you have stayed with your black relatives, or would you have moved to another town and assume a white identity?
