Can Anyone Recommend Something to Treat Restless Leg Syndrome?

I’ve got the jimmy legs bad these last few days, always in the evenings.

I found that a weighted blanket can help, but I didn't like the way it made the sheets touch my back.

Avoid melatonin supplements and Benadryl, they can make the problem worse

Not a joke: smoke three hits of reefer. Not enough to be high. Enough to be mellow. About an hour before bed. My dr told me this.

I’m R3 I don’t have it anymore & i don’t smoke reef anymore. Part of the restless leg is anticipating it - which makes it happen. It’s real & also in your head.

Symptoms usually are more prevalent in the evenings. There are medications that may help, so if RLS is disturbing your sleep you may want to consult with your doctor.
