So the video referenced at r2 was a shot of a costume party based on some show with "trailer park" in the title hence the way these two were dressed. Party goers dressed like the characters which made it look bizarre out of context. Do you recall if there was drinking, r2?

The fact that they haven't tried to explain it suggests that something unseemly was going on. LU or Falwell could have explained it's just an innocent costume party, his wife was there, blah, blah, blah.
