Apparently the apartment belongs to a fraternity brother who inherited his parents Upper West side apartment and he was looking for a roommate, according to the article.
But it doesn’t make sense. They’ve furnished it like they’re a couple. What 31 year-old straight man lives with a make room mate when he doesn’t have to? Garrett could easily afford a nice apartment by himself in New York.
