But THE HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE series is the biggest waste of my entire life. It's utterly shitty in every way. It has nothing to do with the book or the classic film THE HAUNTING.

It's a dreary, pscyhobabble soap opera of family drama. There's nothing scary, unified or interesting about the supernatural elements. Just a grating sob session.

I think he's kind of nerdy cute but I loved his character on Hill House. Oliver's been publicly single for 2 years now, ever since he and Jessica DeGouw broke up during the filming of the first season of Hill House. But there are rumors that she has an Australian girlfriend now (she's also rumored to be Katie McGrath's ex) and DL and Insta have had some rumors that Oliver used to fuck or may still be fucking British actor Jack Bannon. He's shown his ass three times on screen: The Healer, World Without End and Man in the Orange Shirt, and he played a rapist in World Without End which included an onscreen rape, an implied rapist and sociopath in Invisible Man, and is rumored to be playing a pedophile in the next season of Haunting of Hill House, so he can't be that fucked up about things like that.

I wasn't aware there are that many threads on him. From what I've seen, he's traded on beefcake, so it seems a little odd to suggest that his experience of abuse has made him prudish onscreen.

I think they used to be friends with benefits at minimum. Augie's husband Jeffery Self and Oliver don't follow each other on social media despite the fact that Oliver helped plan their wedding. And Augie and Oliver's ex gf/beard/whatever also don't follow each other.

I'd never heard of him so I googled. Google Images has an entire subsection devoted to his chest.

Someone else on another thread said he's out to friends, family and coworkers, and someone else said he only dates guys now. He doesn't seem to be interested in leading man roles anymore -- he said he wants to do more horror and he's playing the effete comic relief character with no love interest in his next film, which is a period piece romance. And other than some designers, coworkers and a few directors, he follows LGBT people on social media exclusively. Recently he followed someone who runs a gay nightclub in London. He's also said things like he was "too emotional" to play Bond and openly fanboys people like Lizzo and Cardi B. So call me optimistic but I actually wouldn't be surprised if he came out as something other than straight during the Hill House S2 press rounds the way his Hill House lesbian BFF Victoria Pedretti did earlier this year.

Augie's career has probably put him off the prospect of coming out.
