I get them all the time. You are not alone. Usually happens if I cum more than once in a day for some reason. First time no issues - second time the closer I get I get a headache - third time it is painful.

I have only experienced this type of headache when I have used Viagra. Seriously.

Does your head begin behind your ear and then seem to ramp up over one side of your head? Mine did.... discovered it was because you're holding your breath. Kinda like working out and forgetting to breathe. Funny, I've never had this problem.

2 things have to happen. Blue pill and an unusually intense orgasm.

Paxil (or some other antidepressant, I took a few) gave me retrograde ejaculation. It's a known side effect of antidepressants.

Yeah -If you read the small print on all the pills it says you really have to go overboard with the water. Most people are already pretty dehydrated and don't realize it.
