'Chernobyl Diaries' Star Dimitri Diatchenko's Cause of Death Revealed.

Dimitri Diatchenko, best known for his work in HBO’s Chernobyl Diaries, has had his cause of death revealed after passing away suddenly at the age of 52 last month.

TMZ reports that the Office of the Medical Examiner in Daytona Beach, Florida listed his cause of death as “combination of fentanyl and diazepam toxicity,” which translates to accidental fentanyl and valium overdose. He also had suffered from an enlarged heart and had moderate coronary artery disease.

The medical examiner’s report also listed that he “sustained injury by electrocution [at 220 volts] while at work several days prior to being found dead at his home,” but apparently did not contribute to his death.
