So Joanna's character was married to a medical professional that left her for his now pregnant nurse mistress, and her character has three children. Does she realize that she is now basically playing Reba? That was literally the same storyline for Reba in Reba. In less than 20 years she has gone from playing the young ingénue to playing her tv mother.

I love this idea. I think if the show's writers brought the two worlds together (Hallmark and canniballistic, cocaine-smuggling male prostitutes) it would be so out of the ordinary and make the show a hit.

Jamie Lynn’s character Noreen is very cute and likable. I feel I am supposed to hate her because she is a home wrecker but she’s too likable in the role.

Not fodder for Hallmark because there is sex, there are fisticuffs, there is a gay character in a relationship. Plus Hallmark requires happy endings. There is a cliffhanger that doesn’t guarantee that.

Jamie Lynn just announced season 2 is officially happening after this was a surprise hit for Netflix. And she will be back as Noreen.

With Netflix everything is a suprise hit (like, Kissing Booth getting a sequel released this week). But these surprise hits get somehow cancelled around the third season.

I hope there will be a second season.

I'm glad there's a second season coming apparently. I've worked on a film with Justin Bruening, and he is a really lovely guy. I heard good things about him and they were true. His kids are also adorable.
