Favorite forgotten TV shows
Sisters on NBC- Most of the cast was great on the show.
Everwood on the now defunct WB- It was a typical teen type show for the most part, but it wasn't all that bad. It was pretty much forgotten after it didn't make it on the CW after the WB/UPN merge.
Picket Fences on CBS had some crazy storylines. But, it was a great show for the most part.

Picket Fences is a good one. How fucking hot was Costas Mandylor?
My pick is Newsradio, (minus the last two seasons).

Yeah Picket Fences. Douglas Wambaugh for the Defense. And Tom Skerritt was awesome.

Fun fact, OP: “Sisters” was originally conceived as a show about four gay men, but changed to four sisters in order to get it sold/made.
I’ll add Sela’s other show, “Once & Again” to this list. Fabulous series.

As a kid, I loved "San Francisco Beat," "Naked City," and "Topper." Anybody remember those?

r2 Mad About You was just rebooted.

r9 Hello, fellow Eldergay. I loved Topper also. I think "San Francisco Beat" was the name used for syndicated reruns of "The Lineup," which ran for six seasons on CBS.

Eureka and Star Trek: Enterprise, cause I'm a big sci-fi geek, and Colin Ferguson and Scott Bakula were hot.

R12. Wasn't that Evan Rachel Wood's first tv show? And wasn't she, like, 9?

Don't know if it was her first but, yes, she was on it. Her character eventually came out (after falling for a young Mischa Barton).
I had a TV crush on Susannah Thompson, who played Billy Campbell's ex. She was, and still is, luminous.

I loved ABC’s WW2 drama “Homefront” with young beautiful Kyle Chandler falling in love with his brother’s wife - John Slattery was also in it playing a union organizer for the local factory - Beautiful show.

Mentioned on last year's "forgotten" tv thread: Grosse Point. I recently watched a few episodes on YouTube. It's still funny!

R15, I also liked. Marin Hinkle on that show Jeffrey Nordling who played Sela's was at peak DILF then. A lot of nice looking. actors.

Amos and Andy. It came from a racist radio show performed by white guys. But the TV show of the ‘50s, IIRC, was kind of sweet and funny, performed by a black cast.

"Sports Night". I couldn't decide which was the hottest of the stars, Josh Charles or Peter Krause. Krause's chest won.

"Get a Life," with pere et fils Elliott. Genius.
"Tour of Duty." Trenchant. The characters Sarge and LT were awesome.
"Wiseguy." Gritty, with the gorgeous Ken Wahl, now a deranged Right-Wing military-worshipper like my other erstwhile fave, Gary Sinise.

Loved Brooklyn Bridge! Loved everything about it. It is a nice counterpoint to The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
