What about Apple employees referring to their CEO as Steve or Tim? Google employees taking about Sundar, Larry or Sergey. Facebook people talking about Sheryl and Mark.

It makes the ruling execs relatable and friendly. Yet most of those employees have never been in the same room as their CEO. Stupid US corporate bullshit .
