Haven’t been able to use it for weeks. When I try to sign in to PayPal, it just spins. It never loads up.

You can elect to not use PayPal and eBay will still process your transaction through PayPal, anyway. That’s my experience with eBay purchasing.

It's fine with me. Try using a different browser- sometimes I can't complete purchases on various websites on Chrome.

I delete my debit card info as soon as I finish a transaction. It may be pissing in the wind, but I feel better knowing it's not there.
