With Harry and Megan she brought the fuel to the fire. Her actress ego would have kept reinforcing to Harry how important he was, and how he should be getting treated better. Now you have a member of the Royal Family with celebrity awareness combined with ego. This is really dangerous. As the next thing to go was the commitment to tradition and duty. An LA Actress would have only seen rewards on her terms, it was well publicised she didn't want to go to the Country estates, but this was Harry's 'reward'. She wanted adoration, bigger celebrity, retreats to celebrity hot spots and she just wasn't getting it. It was only a matter of time before she said she wanted to go back to LA. I cannot stress enough how much someone born and bred in Los Angeles and its LA culture would thoroughly detest British Upper Class life. LA is the anthesis of every aspect of British Royal life. Any member of today's current Royal family (let alone Harry) would utterly detest living in LA or Malibu and mixing with Hollywood film starts, producers and sycophants. He simply wouldn't be able to operate on that level and many of the A list set (Megan is hoping to cultivate) will not be able to digest his seemingly surly and blunt persona.

Megan had a role when she married Harry. She was given a title and Royal duties. But what is Harry's role in LA? How soon will his schtick about having mental health issues and a dead Mum wear thin? He doesn't even have his family and palace organisers around him anymore and his son would be left in the care of a Nanny. I simply don't know what Harry would do that this stage.

It's possible that Harry will enjoy LA initially. He'll be the center of attention at parties for awhile, a curiosity to the rich, famous and powerful. This should make Meghan happy and give her an opportunity to network. The weather is great. But Harry's attraction will fade unless he finds something interesting to do. They'll also need to work and make a lot of money to live well there. Of course the pandemic is throwing a monkey-wrench into the LA plans and may cause more interpersonal strife than they would have otherwise had.

Harry went from being the most popular royal after the Queen to an object of scorn and ridicule in record time. The pandemic has torched his post-Megxit money-making plans and he's stuck in lockdown with his wife and baby. Meghan is probably fit to be tied.

Part of the LA scene that Harry and Meghan need to be a part of in order to generate business and obtain funding involves a lot of parties and networking. I think Harry will enjoy this for awhile because people will be interested in meeting him.

Eventually, though, he'll just be Harry and he'll miss the automatic deference he received his entire life simply by virtue of being a senior member of the BRF. He also won't be able to get away with patronizing people like he did to that woman reporter in S.A. Just Harry will have to get down off his high horse.

Given what we've seen so far, he doesn't know how. Understandable, given his upbringing and his intellectual and emotional limitations.

And nothing we've seen thus far makes it appear he's making an effort to learn.
