There are so many to choose from, but one of my favorites was "Lucky Girl" (2001), which starred Elisha Cuthbert as a teenage gambling addict. It was so ridiculous, but ultimately campy fun. "Fifteen and Pregnant" with Kirsten Dunst was another soapy doozy.
Your favorite trashy Lifetime movie from the late '90s or 2000s

OT because I’m not American, didn’t grow up with LifeTime and was a just a little grade-schooler in the 2000s, but even so I want to admit.....I loved the trashfest that is LifeTime’s recent A TALE OF TWO COREYS.
It came out 2 years ago, and it is still the best worst biopic I’ve ever seen. The acting is excellent, and the period details and design work too; shame the plot and characterisation drag the movie down to the level of Corey Feldman’s credibility...
The subtext cheapened what the creators were going for - I laughed and cooed more than I should have in a movie about CSA. It also came across like the Coreys (as characters) were putting the moves on each other at various points, which was...weird.
