There is nothing to fear.

We let the Russians run a coup and install a puppet, so I don't think we have much credibility on this one.

When the arguments against letting them in are almost all Huawei-provided unsubstantiated talking points, you know it's a fixed game. They must be paying people off.

R2 interesting ad hominem attack.

R3, I don't think you're saying it quite right.

Huawei: Trump loses it with BoJo. BoJo better get with the program: he is supposed to be Trump's bitch, or Brexit won't work.

The UK makes one bad decision after another. It's their thing. And they're proud of it

The UK is not going to be united for much longer. Northern Ireland is going to join the RoI. Scotland is going to leave. The UK then doesn't exist because the Principality of Wales is not a kingdom but a vassal state of England's. The union between Scotland, Ireland and England is about be be smashed, thanks to Brexit.

Looks like Bojo is no longer down with Trump. Trump not only was apoplectic during the call last week, he slammed the phone down on Bojo.

Bye bye BoJo

It's a form of corruption the Chinese have all but perfected in EU countries, termed "elite capture" as referenced in this Telegraph article.
Basically every high level civil servant or public figure (such as Tony Blair) who retires is then promptly paid eye-watering sums by China to sit on boards, etc etc. Apparently this has been an especially successful method of buying off the UK governmental 'elites'.
China also now wants to build the HS2 (highly controversial new railway) and is mysteriously getting little governmental pushback...

China needs to acquire a Hollywood studio. Lionsgate perhaps. Maybe Sony will want to sell its entertainment arm.

Not all British politicians have been bought off by China.
Australia has banned Huwaei 5G outright, and is strenuously encouraging all the '5 Eye' countries to do the same. Some British MP's agree with them.

China needs to effect regime change in Australia.

China should aquire US news outlets. Sinclair perhaps. Shape public opinion.

Well, r23, except for the fact that Australia is leading the charge against Huwei, not the US.

There is ample evidence that Huawei is the telecommunications arm of the Chinese Communist Party, and European countries recognize this, and don’t seem to care.
Many European countries, via telecom companies, had already invested heavily in Huawei 4G network equipment. Therefore, face pressure from telecom companies who recognize the cost prohibitive nature or having to rip out all that Huawei equipment and replace it. Of course, Huawei equipment is also advanced and significantly less expensive than Nokia/Ericsson, thanks to CCP-subsidization.
The problem with the EU is that it has never been a cohesive state with a mandatory, top down strategy towards much of anything, let alone China. The EU now sees China’s ascendency is irreversible and inexorable and therefore isn’t trying to fight it, unlike the US.
Trump’s strategies toward Chinese containment came too little, too late. The time to confront China head on was when their GDP was a tenth the size of the US in the early 2000’s. Clinton, Bush, and Obama’s China policies emboldened China greatly, and Obama turned the other way in spite of China’s repeated, state-sponsored IP theft against the US, South China Sea island militarization, and currency manipulation.
The world is now and will continue to become more multi-polar, with two hegemonies, China and the US. The US needs to recognize this and compete with China on the cutting edge technologies of the future—AI, 5G/6G, quantum computing, and centralized electronic currency—if it wants to see itself remain relevant on the world stage. Fear mongering isn’t going to work anymore.
