Cosmo in LV banned him claiming he was drunk and disruptive. His attorney compared his "defamation" to Plessy Vs. Fergusson. Cosmo countered that his reputation is already too tarnished to defame.
It’s not a card. It’s REALITY.

The defending attorney needs to up the ante on the race card by pointing out the colorism prevalent in Latin America.

R3 You could say the same thing about George Zimmerman too.

R3 why aren’t you?

R1 Exactly. This whole imaginary race card thing white people love to push is only to shut black people down. And in most cases it doesn't work, because like you said.
It's reality.

OJ never gave a rats ass about the black community until he was looking at jail time for murdering Nicole and Ron Goldman. Now he wants to be black all of a sudden. What happened to ,”I’m not black, I’m OJ!”?

[quote] Why isn’t he dead yet, ffs.
Because he's still alive!

R7 Right. But I'm speaking in general terms.

Lol too tarnished to defame. Brilliant!

As noted in the article, PvF was about "separate but equal". OJ was kicked out and banned from the Cosmo for being a drunk. It happens all the time, to people of color, different nationalities, religions, etc. Trying to invoke a key ruling in the Civil Rights movement that has NOTHING to do with this case is indeed the race card. In Vegas, you try to pull a card but the casino has the deck stacked in their favor.
