She endured decades of criticism (thinking about her early attempts at health care reform), an unfaithful husband, years of investigations, and a questionable defeat and still she holds her head up and maintains a good sense of humor.

She’s approachable and warm. I’m a colorist and my boss did her hair at 1am and asked me come in if she needed to do her haircolor, (I didn’t)

I'm don't trust politicians and feel sick listening to most of them speak. Even Bill Clinton is nauseating to listen to. But I can watch any interview with Hilary and hear every word without zoning out and believe she's sincere.
A good example is her recent interview with Howard Stern.

I went to hear her speak early in Bill's first term, and then got to have lunch with her afterward. She was intelligent, charming, and very funny. I'm amazed at how she is portrayed in the media vs. what you see when you are with her in person. It's fashionable to hate on her, but the world would be a whole lot better right now if the popular vote counted.

When I've seen her in one on one conversations on TV, she has a nice laugh and seems like she has a nice sense of humor in general. She's stiff and strident sounding when she has to give prepared speeches in front of crowds and lacks charisma. Considering how much she's been targeted by the Rethugs constant lies about her since the early days of Bill's presidency, she has shown a remarkably thick skin. Tough lady. I wish her well.

I've always heard how warm and funny and engaging she is one-on-one, but I found her really frustrating as a candidate because she was so stiff and rehearsed. I don't think it was insincerity, but I do think her inability to just relax and be herself hurt her both times she ran.

We all knew someone like Bernie in college or our early 20s. They seem really smart and cool, initially. But they soon become exhausting. And as much as they bitch and moan--about everything, all the time!--they are incapable of getting anything done, ever.
Bernie types are very good at diagnosing problems, and completely inept at solving them. If they solved them, what would they have to bitch and moan about? Finding fault is their raison d'être.
Biden isn't exciting, but he'll be able to work with other people to find solutions for problems. Bernie will just keep screaming and alienate the people he needs to bring about change.
