The one that's the most obvious yet nobody seems to be talking about it.

The casting couch for men may not always be the wanna-be actor sucking a producer or director off; it may be allowing the producer or director to suck them off. With that in mind, it wouldn't shock me if Brad Pitt let a few producers/directors suck him off when he was just starting out.

I think a lot of the heartthrob dime-a-dozen guys have probably spent some time on the couch. Attractive male actors who just manage to work their way into the mainstream probably haven’t had to do that. Plus you have remember most actors go through the Hollywood Machine at some point.
