It's total trash, and totally watchable. I was convinced it was a mockumentary or parody during the first episode because I couldn't believe the illogical but highly scripted dialogue.

R1 none. they have one of Alyssa Edward’s friends in the cast, but he’s (allegedly) the only gay guy. He thoroughly embodies every gay stereotype and cliche per the standard reality TV quotas.
