It Snowed Overnight

What a surprise. It was 60 degrees yesterday and I woke up to 4” snow today.

It STAYED there all day.

My poor guinea fowl. It’s rained & rained & raided for 2 weeks. Poor guys didn’t have time to dry off before snow. They hate snow. I have to have a clear area for them to come down from their trees so I moved my car & put their food in the dry spot where my car had been. Success.

Totally NOT impressed that you have Guinea hens and had to let us know. Try-too-hards are so tacky.

I wish I could have some but they have enemies around here.

R2, is having large birds something to brag about? I didn’t buy them. They just showed up one day,

There used to be 16 guinea fowl, but only 3 are left.

Which reminds me — I haven’t seen them today. Better go looking for them. The snow is still on the ground & they hate snow.

Found them. They were sitting in the sun, in a bare spot under some privet pretending they weren’t surrounded by snow. Mentally, they were wearing sunglasses & board shorts.
