Jonathan Agassi Saved My Life

This is a documentary about the Israeli porn actor Jonathan Agassi. It made the rounds this year. It follows him over 8 years and deep into addiction. I thought it was fascinating and touching, of course. Don't hate it because Michael Lucas is involved.

It's only every couple of years we get a long look into the lives of the actors and prostitutes who entertain us in fictions.

Recommended.

Thankfully duckface is barely in it.

I found the film OK but depressing. Jonathan Agassi seemed a bit deluded about his 'star status' but I'm glad he appears to gotten his life back on track.

His mother is great - supportive and non-judgemental but his father seems odious.
