The NYT is full of shit. Officially delegating Jews as a nationality isn't fighting antisemitism, it IS antisemitism. It's part of the whole "dual loyalty" trope that people accuse Jews of all the time, the whole "you're not really American, you're Jewish first."

This is frightening and it's weird that no one is freaking out about it. I guess the NYT did its job in convincing people that it's to "fight antisemitism."
