Batshit crazy Zack Snyder won’t stop putting footage from Justice League on his social media
Snyder was famously fired from Justice League and replaced with Joss Whedon who reshot half the movie. Snyder’s daughter died by suicide at the same time he was fired, so he was granted a rather ghastly “gracious exit” by Warner Brothers to save face over irreconcilable creative differences.
Now Snyder won’t stop posting “unreleased” images from his cut of Justice League, on Vero Social Media, a platform nobody uses but he appears to have some sort of investment in.
Perhaps he could take a break from this multiyear wound licking and make an anti suicide PSA or something.

LOL DC tards on Twitter are mad because Henry didn’t acknowledge “Release the Snyder cut day” yesterday.

He wasn’t fired, he dropped out because of his daughter’s suicide. The studio just took the opportunity to fuck him over while he wasn’t able to say no and hand the project over the Joss Whedon in a pathetic attempt to capture the success of The Avengers, which hilariously blew up in their face. Doesn’t really matter though, at the end of the day the movie wouldn’t sucked no matter who was in charge, because of the actors. Affleck, Gadot, and their tribe all had zero chemistry with one another, and no charisma individually. Team chemistry and individual charisma was the only thing that made The Avengers work.

R3 He trashed Snyder, so I don't see him asking for the Snyder cut.

Snyder has some kind of mental or emotional thing going on, that's obvious, and his daughter's suicide has surely exacerbated an already bad situation. As much as I dislike him I think dunking on him so much on Twitter is overkill.

Tons of celebrities have tweeted or Instagrammed about the Snyder cut of the film. Damon Lindelof and Dave Bautista have effectively hinted that they've already seen it. Also, certain nerd culture influencers knew that something was going down today, and there was a set time within the fandom to start tweeting about the Snyder cut.
It's clear that this is a concerted effort to raise some sort of definitive, viral awareness of the cut, likely because Warner Bros. is actually releasing it. Many are speculating that this is WB assessing just how much interest there is in the cut and that they may release it on HBO MAX. All of this seems likely... this doesn't seem like some random happenstance. This is all calculated.

Why would they, R7? No one thought highly enough of the other Synder cuts, MOS and BvS to care.

Gal Gadot, Ben Affleck, Damon Lindelof, Dave Bautista, and tons of other people connected and not connected to the DC films have tweeted about releasing the Snyder cut. Jason Momoa said that he's seen it on his Instagram.
HBO MAX will have tons of content at launch, so it doesn't necessarily need this, [italic]but[/italic] releasing the cut exclusively on their streaming service could give them something shiny and unique to work with.

I don't know if you're aware of how large this Snyder Cut movement is. All of his films, save for one, have been pieces of shit, so there's no reason to believe that this is any different, but those films have rabid fans. I don't get them... I don't understand them, but that doesn't mean they're not out there in full force. You saw them get the Snyder cut trending, and all these celebrities cosigning the movement means it's not going to stop anytime soon.
Also, they organized enough to purchase billboard ads during Comic Con earlier this year demanding the film's release. I'd say at this point it's only a matter of time.

Snyder was fired. He wouldn’t have dropped out to deal with the daughter, the daughter who killed herself wasn’t even part of his current home, she was from his previous marriage. He had left that family and started a new one. Snyder is a family hoarder, 8 kids including four adopted, in three different family units. Like Mia Farrow, whose own adopted children died by suicide.

Only Thaddeus committed suicide, R11, I don't know why you weirdos keep pretending she drove all her kids to suicide but it's wrong. And it makes me question your assertions about Snyder too, because you sound like some overexcited frau making stuff up about celebrities you hate.

Tam also died of suicide according to Moses and Lark died homeless from AIDS. Obviously between Farrow and Snyder it’s fair to question their role in creating such large families.

Zack Snyder is a talentless, bordering on alt-right, MRA douchebro. He should never be allowed behind a camera again. He can't direct for shit, and doesn't understand the first thing about Superman. JL was awful, but Man of Steel and BvS was worse. Fuck him and fuck his pos cut of his pos movie.

Can someone explain this for those of us non-nerds?
Was the film already completed Ed before the switch?
It’s clear that they changed directors, but they changed studios in the middle of production?
Can they release it legally?

Principle photography was already completed and I believe a rough cut had been assembled when Warner Brothers replaced Snyder and ordered extensive reshoots.

Henry Cavill left the role of Superman on very bad terms with Warner Bros and may simply not care to return to this mess.

I think DC's effectively moved on from Zack Snyder, which can only benefit their franchise.
Henry Cavill, however, indicated that he's not done playing Superman.

His daughter was adopted from Asia, and he wasn't even close to her. Her suicide didn't impact him in any way.

How the hell this guy still makes movies is beyond me. He did the Dawn of Dead remake and the semi gay porn 300. He wrote and directed the god awful SuckerPunch, then the rest are all equally as shitty.

Principal photography being done doesn't mean anything though. The effects weren't there, sound editing, etc.
If they released it as is, it would suck even more than what they released in theaters.

From what I understand, and what makes sense if you have seen the difference between the theatrical Batman/Superman and the Ultimate Edition, is that Snyder had shot a nearly four hour Justice League, and everything that ended up being cut/reshot amounted to backstory, exposition, and setting up conflict for future offshoot movies. The only difference between the theatrical and directors BVS was that it made a bad movie flow better; but it's still a bad movie made by a director who does not understand any aspects of character-driven storytelling; it's just plot point, plot point, plot point, like a soap opera.

WB should dump the so-called Snyder on YouTube or something. What difference could it possibly make? It's not like the theatrical version was some sort of treasure that this would be besmirched by the release of another version. And you KNOW the Snyder cut is going to be a piece of crap, too. At least getting it out there will shut all these morons up.

What did he lay into her how she was a grifter loser child he never wanted because he was mad? There's a story there. A sad story. Or maybe he murdered her.
