I couldn't.
It would bother me.

I couldn't.

Uhm, no.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | October 22, 2019 4:35 AM |
This would make a great poll.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | October 22, 2019 4:36 AM |
I've always voted, but don't care what other people decide to do. It's their life to live, not mine.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | October 22, 2019 4:41 AM |
R3 I used to think that until I was in a relationship and the man bitched and bitched about the elected official. If you do not want to vote, great, but I’m not interested in hearing your ass whine.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | October 22, 2019 4:45 AM |
Nope..
by Anonymous | reply 5 | October 22, 2019 4:45 AM |
They're probably just lazy. Help them get registered, and then, on election day, drive them to the voting site.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | October 22, 2019 4:50 AM |
I'd probably date them for the sex (if they were good at it) but would not consider a long-term relationship. I enjoy the right to vote and apathy is not attractive.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | October 22, 2019 4:53 AM |
I wouldn’t care, OP, so long as they never expressed a negative political opinion about the government of the day.
Voting is mandatory here.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | October 22, 2019 6:54 AM |
No way, likely indicator of many more negative traits.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | October 22, 2019 8:55 AM |
That's their choice. Maybe they have their reasons for not voting.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | February 19, 2020 12:14 AM |
It would not be a deal breaker.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | February 19, 2020 12:16 AM |
Fuck - yes.
Hang out - no.
Non-voting fucktards are more deplorable than Trump voters.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | February 19, 2020 12:17 AM |
OP is a sanctimonious idiot. One vote doesn't make a difference.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | February 19, 2020 12:18 AM |
Agree with R9
by Anonymous | reply 14 | February 19, 2020 12:18 AM |
Yeah, if they were permanent residents or on student visas.
(I reread the thread title and the OP comment, didn't find anything about citizenship status.)
by Anonymous | reply 15 | February 19, 2020 12:21 AM |
R3, as long as someone pays their taxes, they buy the right to bitch. even if they don't vote.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | February 19, 2020 12:21 AM |
No, I would not. It would be clear that their world view is too different from mine, they lack critical thinking, and have no gravitas.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | February 19, 2020 12:22 AM |
What a stupid, superficial fucking thing to just outright reject over.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | February 19, 2020 12:22 AM |
As long as they didn’t spout off nonsensical things like “they’re all the same” or complained about the way things are, I could fuck them, but longer than a month no way.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | February 19, 2020 12:22 AM |
No, I would not. It would mean that their world view was too different from mine, they lack critical thinking, and have no gravitas.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | February 19, 2020 12:25 AM |
r18, part of the problem with our current state of affairs in this country is that people think the superficial is important. Look at our president. If you think participating in our government is superficial, you must be pretty shallow.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | February 19, 2020 12:26 AM |
Oops, looks like I'm repeating myself!
by Anonymous | reply 22 | February 19, 2020 12:27 AM |
Anderson Cooper says that he doesn't vote because journalists should be objective. I agree with the premise, but I think it's quite possible to have opinions and not allow them to impair on your professional objectivity.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | February 19, 2020 12:28 AM |
This, r23, is the reason Anderson and I are no longer together. Oh I miss him. I'm watching him moderate the Las Vegas Town Hall with Bernie Sanders right now.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | February 19, 2020 12:32 AM |
Nope.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | February 19, 2020 12:35 AM |
Both my man and I vote every election. It's funny guy on grindr I mentioned I just completed "A Very Stable Genius' and he blocked me.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | February 19, 2020 12:38 AM |
I live in Queens, which always goes blue whether I vote or not. I vote maybe 40% of the time because I really believe in the candidate and the rest of the time just to fulfill my civic duty.
That said, I skipped the last mayoral election because I couldn't bring myself to vote for DiBlasio.
Your vote only really matters if you live in a swing state or if you are Putin.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | February 19, 2020 12:41 AM |
R27 If enough people feel that way, any state could be a swing state
by Anonymous | reply 28 | February 19, 2020 12:45 AM |
I would date them if they don’t bathe, OP, if they were hot enough.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | February 19, 2020 1:19 AM |
Sure but they would have to agree to apply for an absentee ballot and agree to let me fill it out, I would be fine with that.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | February 19, 2020 1:35 AM |
Absolutely not.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | February 19, 2020 1:37 AM |
It would mean they aren't interested in the world. Self-centered, dense, boring.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | February 19, 2020 1:37 AM |
Ageed R32. And even if I could overlook it at first, eventually I couldn't resist bringing it up constantly, so best to just not bother.
