Do you use the Lact-aid pills or something else? I've tried the Whole Foods brand and they aren't working for me.
Is anyone on here Lactose Intolerant?

I use the chewable tablets, both the Lactaid name brand and the drugstore brand generic, and they seem to work. I have to take more than one or two tablets depending on the amount of dairy I consume. I buy lactose-free milk and ice cream. And I discovered that hard cheeses, like cheddar, have very little lactose.

I use Source Naturals Digestive Enzymes.

Yes, but the only dairy products that I can’t handle are milk and heavy cream. Cheese and ice cream don’t bother me. I drink lactose free milk and learned to like black coffee and soy milk lattes. I use lactose pills when, a few times a year, I have a milkshake.
