October Moos and Boos!

Making hay before the Great Pumpkin arrives in the coming weeks.

Please remember to “moo” for those less fortunate who cannot “moo” for themselves.

At the link is where we left off...

And so we begin again...

by Anonymousreply 1October 16, 2019 5:32 AM

Like milk through the drain, so are the moos of our bovines.

by Anonymousreply 2October 16, 2019 5:37 AM

Sorry Gals, I had my rotator cuff rotated this morning so there was no time to moo to anyone.

So, a hearty evening “moo” to you all. I hope you’re all in a warm barn, resting your head on a fresh ball of hay, with a little ukulele music in the distance for ambiance. Life is good! It’s a big bail of hay!

by Anonymousreply 3October 22, 2019 2:12 AM

Gertie?

Are you keeping our threads logged for History? That’s a tall order, I know, it’s just that somebody was squawking about a hypothetical tsunami, and hens bobbing around on hay bales, and I thought to myself, Oh! What will we leave to history?

Thank you and good day.

by Anonymousreply 4October 25, 2019 2:53 AM

Rotator cuffs are delicious.

by Anonymousreply 5October 25, 2019 2:55 AM

So are steaks.

by Anonymousreply 6October 25, 2019 3:45 AM

Moo, Melrose, nice to hear from you. I’ve asked Lafitte to take dictation, here, while my rotator cuff is mending.

I have not kept track of our threads. Do you think there is really any interest in that?

Somewhere, someone asked what all this fuckary was about, and as I explained it, I realized that there’s a huge back story that the regulars mostly know just by mentioning Roy, or Auntie Taco, or Carl, but which take forever to explain to a new person. So, well, moo, is all I can say.

G/l

by Anonymousreply 7October 25, 2019 4:05 AM

Isn't it spelled "fuckery"?

by Anonymousreply 8October 25, 2019 4:12 AM

Yes, but we’re overlooking it because we all like Lafitte.

Speaking of G/l, it is my understanding that in some cultures beef intestines are considered a delicacy.

by Anonymousreply 10October 25, 2019 4:23 AM

Ok, Advil, r10, very spooky! I’m so scared! Booo!

by Anonymousreply 11October 25, 2019 4:40 AM

[quote] Auntie Taco

Is this an approved name? And is the taco fish, pork, or (gasp!) beef?

by Anonymousreply 12October 25, 2019 4:45 AM

The Auntie Taco is chicken, missy. Chicken.

There ought to be a wiki. Really.

by Anonymousreply 13October 25, 2019 4:49 AM

Gertie, the hens got together and made you a “Get Well” card out of lost feathers and macaroni and glitter.

They gave it to Carl to deliver to you, yet I wonder about the wisdom in that. But miracles happen, and that would be a good one. BaGAWK, my friend, be well.

by Anonymousreply 14October 25, 2019 4:59 AM

Thank you Phyllis and the hens. That is very thoughtful.

Moo! Moobooboo! Bloomoomoo! Dear Sir, Dear Madam, today is the last Monday of October. Tell us your scary stories!

At the link is Rolf with the two sheep we recently got. Damn good work, Rolf!

Have a delightful week. If you are feeling sad, you should hug a cow. Works, every time.

Oh marvelous, Gertie, thanks. You are a top drawer cow, indeed. I’ll get these printed out and leather bound. Oh no wait...

by Anonymousreply 21October 30, 2019 9:59 PM

Gertie is a top shelf cow. Her loins will be on the top shelf of my refrigerator marinating. Yum!

by Anonymousreply 22October 30, 2019 10:14 PM

All these cows type fat.

by Anonymousreply 23October 31, 2019 1:34 AM

I’m big boned, R23!

It's about time we've been introduced.

by Anonymousreply 25November 1, 2019 1:42 AM

You're a mess, AT. May I call you AT?

by Anonymousreply 26November 1, 2019 1:46 AM

Beef or pork tacos?

by Anonymousreply 27November 1, 2019 1:47 AM

And this is my boyfriend, Shimone, bleeeeeh.

by Anonymousreply 28November 1, 2019 1:49 AM

My relatives are bad apples, r27. Your tacos will be lamb. Blehhhhh

Do you have any relatives who are good eggs?

by Anonymousreply 32November 1, 2019 1:59 AM

Well since you all WOKE ME UP with your bickering, I will tell you that I had no piglets ringing the chicken dorm tonight, so all these Snickers and M&Ms are mine. Hmmph.

by Anonymousreply 33November 1, 2019 2:06 AM

Oh and, bite me.

by Anonymousreply 34November 1, 2019 2:07 AM

I will. Especially if you're medium rare.
