R5, the EU leaders have declined to sign on for Juncker's "NO extension," so yes, there definitely could be an extension.

We are definitely deep in kuckoo opposites land, when Juncker says there won't be any further Brexit extensions, and Nigel Farage, of all people, is enraged to hear that.

It still needs to clear Parliament and there are moves to force a second referendum. I think whatever happens will be very close.
