Apart from some exaggerated posturing (which helps with tangos and ballroom in general) the rest of his “technique” is just natural stuff. And he’s got awful feet - no pointing, no turn-out (he’s actually somewhat pigeon-toed).

For having awful feet, Van Der Beek was the best of the dancers and looked really good doing it.

I love that video, r8. Cindy is doing her best but is pretty much flailing awkwardly around, and Diane's shoulders are all hunched up (as always). But Mary is unbelievably professional and elegant--pure class.

R22-no, she didn't. But at least by today's standards, Wilson was better looking. Of course, that's objective on my part, but I always thought Ross was odd looking and had a really weird smile. She completely lacked Ross's charisma, and if you listen to them sing, well. no contest.
