Many of us are over 40, educated and in our peak earning years. It's not really a mystery. I appreciate the opinions of most of the well-traveled and those who know about certain products and purchases.
I particularly like the fights about the gayest things on earth - china sets, toile patterns, frette vs. sferra vs. pratesi, etc.
