Tim Tales shoots often in Tim's (?) nice apartment with that big penthouse terrace, in Barcelona (?). It's one of those optical illusions. Just because you see all those windows from this angle doesn't necessarily mean people behind those windows also see what's happening on this roof. They most likely just see two heads.
