As long as it's his mother on the throne, nothing.
If his older brother or nephew were on the throne, and he was pulling them all down, they'd strip him of titles and throw him to the wolves.

They will NEVER throw him to the wolves. However this situation is handled, they won't make it public.
But if Andrew announces that he's going to take a few years away from his royal duties to go work with refugees in Timbuktu or Outer Mongolia, we'll have a pretty good idea what's going on.
